Funeral services for Roxanne Star Manning, age 35,will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Ft. Duchesne Community Building. A wake will be held after 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the same location.
Burial will be in the Ouray-Tabbee Cemetery. Services under the direction of Hullinger Mortuary.
