There’s an update on the Roosevelt State Street closure and construction project. The work originally aimed to be done within two weeks from April 20th through May 4th with residential and commercial detours in place. The work at State Street and 300 North has required more time, however, and the reopening is now scheduled for Monday, May 18th. A commercial detour is still available on 1500 East, turning onto 1000 North and back onto State Street/North Crescent Road. Residential traffic can still detour from 400 East and 600 North.
