A Roosevelt City project continues to make exciting progress as it is developed. Starting Monday, a temporary closure goes into effect for the Rough Rider Shooting Complex. “Earthwork for additional ranges will begin soon throughout areas around the current 200 yard range,” shares the Roosevelt City announcement. “For the work to happen, the gates will need to be locked during a temporary closure [from] February 23rd to April 15th. We appreciate your patience as we work on expanding the Rough Rider Shooting Complex!” The Rough Rider Shooting Complex has been a work in progress for several years, with improvements continuing as funding and resources allow.
