Roosevelt City Police Department has requested the public’s help identifying an individual. The agency shared four images on their Facebook page on Wednesday morning of a man who appears to be shopping. In some images the man is wearing a light grey hoodie with a dark colored beanie. In others he is not wearing a hat and has a fully shaved head while wearing a black long sleeve shirt in one and a black coat in another.
