Everyone has their own way of kicking off the new year with a fresh start. How is Roosevelt City doing it? They are looking to rebrand and are having a new Roosevelt City logo design contest. Throughout the month of January, residents can submit their drawings, paintings, digital artwork, or other logo designs. There is no design specifics beyond that. Submissions must be received by 5pm on Friday, January 29th, to be considered. “Submissions will be ranked by a team of City administrators and elected officials,” explains the Roosevelt City announcement. “The top three winners will each receive a $100 gift card. Each of the three winning designs will also be featured on Roosevelt City merchandise or materials in some way [like] t-shirts, City flags, City vehicles, etc.” Each submission must also include a Logo Design Release that is available at www.rooseveltcity.com.
