Continued cooperation and patience is requested as multiple road work projects are underway in Roosevelt City. According to the City’s announcement, improvements got underway on Lagoon Street last week with work now happening from Guinivere Circle to 300 West. Crews completed utility reconstruction work last Friday, and the project is moving into its next phases with crews scheduled to chip and seal Lagoon Street today, September 16th. Paving is expected to follow shortly after. Roosevelt City also has a road painting project underway with crews repainting center roadway markings and crosswalks throughout the City. Additional painting projects are scheduled the rest of September and into October. Please use caution around painting crews and give them plenty of room to work. Regardless of what you may encounter while traveling in Roosevelt City, please slow down and watch for crews at work.
