The Rifle Police Department has issued a disturbing warning. Over the past week, shares Rifle PD, residents in several Counties in Colorado have encountered an influx of bottles turning up on river banks. The bottles are encapsulated in duct tape and are filled with corrosive and flammable liquids. Because the contents are considered “hazardous to human health” anyone that encounters such bottles are asked to contact law enforcement and are instructed to not move, touch, or open the bottles.
