Funeral services for Ray Edgar Labrum, age 87 of Vernal, the husband of Priscilla Labrum, will be held on his 88th birthday July 12, 2025 at 11:00 at Vernal Utah Stake Center (850 West 100 North).
A Viewing will be held July 11, 2025 6-8 at Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home and July 12,2025 at 9:30-10:45 at Vernal Utah Stake Center.
Internment will be in the Roosevelt Cemetery with Military Honors. Services under the direction of the Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
