A woman driving on a suspended license and her passenger were arrested after being pulled over and the vehicle searched last week in Randlett. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, 26-year-old Esperanza May Montes was the driver pulled over by a Ute Indian Tribe Drug and Gang Investigator. Montes admitted to ownership of Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Methamphetamine, including baggies she had given to the passenger, Tatianna Finn, to conceal. Finn told officers that when Montes comes into large amounts of narcotics, she typically comes off the reservation to sell them and can obtain $50 per Fentanyl pill. Both women were arrested. Montes is charged with 3rd Degree Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Driving on a Suspended License.
