A raffle for a worthy cause is heating up and there’s still some time to get tickets before it closes. 8 year old Treyson Johnson of Vernal suffered 2 strokes after falling off the monkey bars in April. He fought for his life in Primary Children’s Hospital and still has not been home as he has more recovery and rehabilitation to do. The raffle organized by friends has grown and tickets are still for sale to help with the expenses of not being at home and the medical bills accumulating. Tickets can be purchased at Jiffy Pawn in Vernal, Jones Paint and Glass, or through Venmo @Amy-Roundy with Treyson’s name and your phone number in the note. A single ticket can be purchased for $5 dollars or 5 tickets for $20 dollars. Just a few of the raffle items include a yeti cooler, 10 movie passes, golf passes, gift basket from Glazed and Grilled, fire pit and grazing box.
