A probation check in Duchesne City resulted in arrest for new drug violations. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, officers performing the compliance check located Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, 9 Suboxone strips without a prescription, and marijuana. 44-year-old Presley Neria was brought into custody. He now faces new charges, including 2 counts of 3rd Degree Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana, and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
