A probation check in Duchesne City ended in arrest this week. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, officers assisted on the probation check on May 19th. 36-year-old Alexis Davis admitted to the AP&P agent that she would test positive for illegal narcotics if tested and stated that she last used in the parking lot of her place of employment before driving home. The test results came back positive for Methamphetamine, Ecstasy, and alcohol. Davis was transported to the Duchesne County Jail and was booked on felony drug charges. It was also noted that there are current allegations of child endangerment and child abuse being investigated, including allegedly driving while intoxicated and high with her children in the vehicle.
