Preliminary Uintah County Election Results; Proposition 9 Fails

Preliminary election results are in. In Uintah County, Proposition #9 that proposed a change in government to a Council-Manager form failed with a vote of 64.98% Against. In the Uintah County Commission Seat B race, Joe McKea received 82.13% of the vote while Ronald Richards received 17.87%. In the Uintah School Board District #2 race, incumbent Denise Maynard received 51.5% of the vote while Jared Putnam received 48.5%. Judge Ray R. Richards received 81.64% of votes in favor of his retention. View all results at electionresults.utah.gov.
