Graveside services for Phillip Glade Ruppe, age 52 of Vernal, son of the lage Clyde and Alice Ruppe will be held Friday at 11:00am in the Maeser Fairview Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday from 6:00pm ~ 8:00pm at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
