Funeral services for Perry Venil Johnson, age 79 of Vernal, will be held Friday, April 3, 2026, at 11:00 m at the Maeser Stake Center, 2745 W 1000 N, Vernal, UT.
There will be a viewing Thursday 6-8pm at the Blackburn Vernal mortuary and Saturday 9:45am prior to services at the chapel.
Internment will be at the Maeser Fairview Cemetery, Vernal. Services under the direction of Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
