Permit Deadline Approaching for Turkey Hunt

The application deadline is approaching for Utah’s spring turkey hunt and the Division of Wildlife Resources is urging all to apply soon. “I think we’ll have a good turkey hunt in Utah next spring,” shares DWR upland game coordinator Jason Robinson. “The state’s turkey populations are doing really well.” There is a total of 3,705 permits in the state for the limited entry hunt in April and of those there are 325 permits available for the Northeastern region. For those that don’t draw a limited-entry permit, the general statewide turkey hunt takes place in May and permits go on sale
February 22nd.

December 27th at 11pm
