Community Spotlight
Free summer meals are being offered again through Athenian Academy. The program started last year and will continue with 3 weekly pickup sites in Uintah County. The Ballard site is at 353 South 2500 East in Ballard and will be on Wednesdays between 5 and 6pm. The Vernal area site on Highway 40 and UT-88 is on Wednesdays from 11am to noon and the Fort Duchesne site is at the Ute Indian Education Building on Thursdays from 11:30am to 12:30pm. Each weekly box includes produce, fruit, and meal items.
