Funeral services for Norman Ray Powell, age 62, of Roosevelt and Vernal, will be held Thursday April 27, 2023 at 11:00am. Visitation for family and friends will be held 9:00am ~ 10:45am all at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home. Interment in Vernal Memorial Park.
