Uintah County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that police activity on Thursday afternoon in Uintah County was part of a vehicle pursuit that included an on foot search. The investigation is ongoing but a press release on the incident will be released on Friday. It was also confirmed that there is no ongoing threat.
