Pageant attendees crowded Uintah High School on Saturday night for the Miss Uintah and Miss Outstanding Teen scholarship contests. After an evening of intense competition Nikki Webb was crowned the new Miss Outstanding Teen 2017. The new Miss Uintah County 2017 is Haley Felice. Abigael Hartle finished up her time as the Miss Uintah County 2016 queen. Abigael worked the last year to spread awareness on her platform supporting adoption and started the Cinderella Closet. As the 2016 Miss Outstanding Teen, Jera kept up on her academics and maintained a 4.0 GPA. Both girls have enjoyed their time serving the Basin community. Best of luck to Haley Felice and Nikki Webb, the 2017 royalty!
