The Bureau of Land Management Vernal Field Office has approved new oil and gas wells in northeast Utah. The Reno 1 Well Pad was authorized three Applications for Permit to applicant Scout Energy Management LLC to drill up to three additional wells for a total of six. The project location is on BLM-administered lands approximately ten miles southeast of Myton. The Moraine Well Pad was authorized four Applications for Permit to applicant Anschutz Exploration Corporation to drill up to four gas wells.
