Roosevelt Youth Football is now playing on fields with goal posts thanks to Newfield Exploration. The team has played without goal posts for several years but Newfield took note and constructed and installed the new goal posts on the Centennial Park fields. Sunbelt Rentals also joined the cause and donated their equipment to make the installation possible. Newfield painted the posts bright gold to match Union Cougar colors. “The new goal posts look great and we appreciate everything these businesses do for our community,” shares Roosevelt City Manager Ryan Snow. “We appreciate it any time a business or individual steps in to fill a need in our city. It takes volunteers to keep things running and keep us moving in the right direction. We’re very thankful for the generosity of Newfield and Sunbelt.”
