New Ballots On Their Way To Roosevelt Residents; Keep Old Envelope

by | Oct 26, 2021 | News | 0 comments

New ballots are on their way to Roosevelt City residents after the first batch arrived in the mail without the actual ballot inside. The City was informed of the issue on Friday and have been working towards a resolution, which they announced on Monday. Here’s what Roosevelt City voters need to know: Ballots were shipped from Bountiful on Monday. Due to a shortage of envelopes, there will not be return envelopes included with the ballots so voters need to keep the ones they already received in the mail. If that envelope has been thrown away, voters can visit the Roosevelt City offices and fill out a provisional ballot between now and November 2nd at 8:00pm. Once received, the new ballots can be mailed to the Roosevelt City offices but must be postmarked by November 1st to be counted. Ballots can also be dropped off at the Roosevelt City offices up until 8:00pm on November 2nd.
