Naples City has announced the following determination in regards to fireworks for the 24th of July Holiday: All aerial fireworks are banned in the city limits of Naples. Citizens may not light any fireworks, aerial or ground, within 200 feet of high risk areas on the wild land urban interface map. Copies of this map have been posted on the Naples City Facebook page and copies can be viewed at the Naples City Offices. If the use of fireworks results in damages or a fire of any scale, those responsible will be held financially responsible and liable for those damages. “As Mayor and a citizen of Naples, I understand the desire to celebrate, and the awe and beauty of fireworks,” shares Naples City Mayor Brock Arnold. “We strongly encourage Naples City residents to not use aerial fireworks this year in consideration of the fire danger and drought conditions. Naples City is planning to hold our annual Firework show on July 24, 2026. We have planned accordingly with the fire department to have fire trucks on site to immediately respond to any fires started by those fireworks. We invite residents to join us at Naples park for this celebration in a controlled and monitored environment.” The fireworks show is part of Summerfest being held on July 24th at the Naples City Park from 11am to 11pm.
