After an exciting 2017, Naples City is getting a reputation as a community that knows how to celebrate in style. The Naples City Council is on board with this new reputation and in their latest City Council meeting approved firework events once again for the 24th of July and New Year’s Eve in 2018. Naples attracted people from around the Basin with their duo of epic fireworks shows. They also hosted a massive crowd for their first annual tree lighting ceremony in November as well. Naples City Manager Josh Bake says the events are all about building a sense of community. Based on social media response and word of mouth, it seems Naples City is accomplishing that goal.
