Utah Highway Patrol has released the name of the man killed in a single vehicle accident in Duchesne County on Sunday. 77-year-old Glen E. Heuser of Fruitland was the sole occupant of the vehicle when the accident occured. According to Utah Highway Patrol, the accident took place at 11:30am on Sunday on Highway 40 at mile marker 91.4. “The vehicle drove off of the right shoulder, straightening a curve, and lost control and rolled back onto the highway where the pickup truck came to rest blocking the eastbound and one of the westbound travel lanes,” shares Utah Highway Patrol. “[Mr. Heuser] was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle and sustained fatal injuries.” Our condolences to the family and friends mourning this loss.
