Several individuals were arrested on active warrants following a traffic stop on Tuesday in Roosevelt. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, local officers were aware that Grace Dissenger and Eddie Arellano were traveling into the area for possible involvement with illegal narcotics. Following the stop, the officer confirmed Grace Dissenger’s identity and found the statewide warrant for her arrest out of St. George. Eddie Arellano’s identity was also confirmed and a records check showed an active warrant out of Ogden. Grace tried to identify herself with a false name and date of birth which was found to be of her younger sister. A K-9 gave a positive indication for narcotics in the vehicle. A baggie containing suspected Fentanyl residue was located along with paraphernalia. Both were arrested on warrants and Arellano has been charged with 3rd Degree Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.
