Funeral services for Mitchell Farnsworth, age 34, will be held jointly with his cousin, Don Herbert age 39, who also died in a car accident, at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 27, 2026, at the Grace Event Center (1024 W Highway 40, Roosevelt, Utah). There will be a visitation that morning at the center from 9:30-10:45 a.m.
His burial will be in the Duchesne City Cemetery. Services under the direction of the Hullinger Mortuary.
