The public is asked to share any information they may have with authorities about a missing Roosevelt girl. Roosevelt City Police report that 13-year-old Rylie Seacrest was last seen Tuesday at 5:45am in Roosevelt. She is 5 foot 3 inches tall and 120 pounds with red hair and hazel eyes. “Rylie is suspected to have left with an older male,” shares Roosevelt PD. “No vehicle or suspect information is available at this time. Detectives with Roosevelt City Police Department are actively investigating this case and will share more information as soon as it is available.
