Vincent is a Republican candidate running for Uintah County Commission Seat A as a convention and signature candidate. Also running for Uintah County Commission Seat A are Keith Campbell, Matthew Wilber, Richard Powell, and Isaac Weston as a write-in candidate. Vincent’s background is in farming and trucking. He has served on many boards, including the Uintah Basin Jr. Livestock board and Moon Lake Electric. In his interview, Vincent shares his thoughts on public lands access, water challenges within Uintah County, fiscal responsibility, community growth, the Uinta Railway, and more.
