Danny Harrell recently visited the Evans Family Media studios for an interview as part of the Meet The Candidate series. Harrell is a Republican running for Uintah County Commission Seat B as a convention and signature gathering candidate. Also running for Uintah County Commission Seat B is Joe McKea, Guy Collett, James Story, Tracie Smith, and Ronald Richards. Harrell served in the military for over 20 years in the U.S. Army Green Beret Special Forces and had a 26 year career in the oil and gas industry. He served as a County Commissioner in Louisiana where he was the Commission President, President of the Planning Commission, and Chair of the Finance Committee. In his interview, Harrell discussed his service in public office, the importance of working with state and federal leaders, his vision to bring in new jobs, the Uinta Railway, public lands, and more.
