by | Dec 11, 2018 | News | 0 comments

Parlez vous francias? Would you like to? The Uintah County Library has many opportunities for continuing- and self- education, including a fun-infused way to learn a language. The program is called Mango Languages and it provides a self-paced learning format that teaches languages through dialogue using the four key components — vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and culture — for improving proficiency in another language through practical, real-life conversation. From January to October, the library saw an average of 67 individuals using their card to access Mango and learn a new language. To access Mango Languages you need to visit

uintahlibrary.org

and click on the Library Catalog. This will take you to the Basin Libraries sign-in page, sign-in with your library card number and pin and then access the Mango Languages program.
