A Rangely school was placed on lockdown due to a report involving a gun. According to the Rangely Police Department, the Rangely Early Education Center was placed on lockdown for 30 minutes
Wednesday morning
“due to a report of a male party in the area with a gun.” Thankfully, no threats were made and the lockdown was taken only as a precaution because the report was near the school. “It was the only school placed on lock down,” shared Rangely PD, “due to the proximity of the suspicious party to the Early Education Center.”
