Man Arrested In Duchesne County For Child Pornography/Bestiality

A man who moved from Washington state to live with his parents in Fruitland was arrested on February 6th for offenses, including 100 felony counts related to child pornography and 10 counts related to bestiality. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, warrants had been served on Dropbox, Google, Comcast, and Verizon based off a National Center for Missing and Exploited Children Cybertip and in January of this year, the data retrieved from the suspect’s accounts were delivered to the Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office as the suspect had since moved to Duchesne County. On February 6th, a search warrant was executed at the home in Fruitland and 30-year-old Caleb Ronald Hawks was arrested and electronic items were seized, including Caleb’s cellphone. The cellphone contained videos involving the family dogs as well as other videos of minors being sexually abused. The Affidavit of Probable Cause lists 15 counts of First Degree Felony Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, 85 counts of Second Degree Felony Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, and 10 counts of Bestiality. Caleb Ronald Hawks is charged in 8th District Court with a reduced amount of each, totalling 23 charges.
