A Salt Lake City man was arrested and is being held on no bail after a traffic stop in Uintah County on Saturday. According to the Probable Cause Statement, 33-year-old Jordan Holmes was a passenger in the vehicle and during the course of the traffic stop it was discovered that Holmes had tinfoil with Fentanyl residue, baggies with Methamphetamine, a baggie of Marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Holmes has at least 2 prior convictions for schedule I or II controlled substances. He was arrested and booked into Uintah County Jail on new felony drug charges.
