Giving hearts and generous bidding made for a magical evening at the 2025 Trees For Charity Auction Gala at the Uintah Conference Center on Monday night. The night total reached $408,700 for the 40 auctioned trees. This is the fourth year in a row the night total exceeded the $400,000 mark. Tree #34, ‘Wings of Hope’ to benefit the Ipson family, received the highest tree total for the night having been sold 4 times for a total of $28,000 dollars. Many other trees received support of over $10,000 dollars usually through the combined bids of multiple buyers. The People’s Choice award this year went to Tree #17 with a ‘Christmas Vacation’ theme to benefit Samantha Wheeler and donated by Liberty Energy. The Children’s Choice award this year went to Tree #30 with a Mario theme to benefit the Thrive Life Project and sponsored by the Arnold and Mathis families. The 2025 grand total will be announced after the donations from the auction, silent auction, and tree toppers are all calculated.
