A local received some much deserved recognition last week. Sara Bell works hard as the Vernal City Recorder but that’s not the only place she focuses her efforts. Her commitment to the community was recognized by the Prevention Advisory Coalition (PAC) for her continued support of substance abuse prevention efforts in the community. “PAC brings together community members, educators, law enforcement, healthcare professionals, and local organizations with a shared mission of preventing substance misuse, promoting healthy lifestyles, and building a stronger, healthier future for our youth and families,” shares the Vernal City announcement. “Sara's dedication to serving our community extends beyond her responsibilities at City Hall. Her commitment to collaboration, prevention, and the well-being of those around her reflects the very best of public service.” Well done to Sara Bell on this well deserved recognition.
