The Sub For Seniors effort is still in need of items for their gifts to be delivered to 400 home-bound Uintah Basin senior citizens. As of Thursday afternoon, the items still needed are non-expired canned soup, honey, 4-pack fruit cups, prepackaged holiday treats, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, body wash, soap bars, large print crossword and word search books, and puzzles. Donations can be dropped off at the Golden Age Center on weekdays from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Donations need to be dropped off by Monday, December 13th as the deliveries will be dropped off on December 16th.
