Funeral services for Kaye Chalk, age 70 of Vernal, will be held Thursday January 8, 2026 at 11:00AM at the Ashley Creek Ward LDS Chapel (4080 South 2500 East) .
A viewing for family and friends will be held Thursday from 9:45am – 10:45am at the church. Internment will be held Friday at 11:00am in the Monroe City Cemetery 660 North Washburnville Road, Monroe, UT.
