Funeral services for Karen Haslem Cook, age 58, the wife of Dave Cook, will be held Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 11:00AM at the Davis 1st Ward Chapel (3990 South 1500 East). A viewing for family and friends will be held Friday evening from 6-8PM at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home and Saturday 9:45-10:45AM at the Church. Interment will be in the Vernal Memorial Park.
