Funeral Services for Joye Williams Brown, age 81, the wife of James “Big Jim” Brown of Vernal, will be held Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 12 noon at the Rockpoint LDS Chapel (2575 North 1500 West) with viewings held Friday, December 1st from 6-8 PM at the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary, and Saturday 1 hr prior to service at the chapel.
Burial will be in the Vernal Memorial Park under the care of Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
