Jensen Man Charged For Striking Vehicle And Assault

A Jensen man is facing charges for an incident last month in Uintah County. According to the Probable Cause Statement, 28-year-old Tristin Caldwell used a metallic object to strike the window, hood, headlight, and other exterior parts of the car of the individual he was with because the individual would not give him a ride. Additionally, during this same incident, while temporarily in the cab of the car, Caldwell allegedly grabbed and pinned the individual and yelled violently. Caldwell is charged with 3rd Degree Felony Criminal Mischief and Misdemeanor Assault. He is scheduled to be in court on February 18th.
