The Uintah Basin Emergency Care Conference was held February 7th and 8th and among the items on the agenda was the announcement of an annual award. The Kevin Orr Memorial Award is given each year and this year was given to Jensen Fire Chief Echo Sheffer. She was nominated by her peers for being an outstanding first responder in the Basin.
