The grand total for the 2021 Trees For Charity event is in and the number is jaw-dropping. The auction alone was a record breaking $310,300 dollars and with the tree toppers, raffle items, and silent auction items added on, the grand total for 2021 is $371,055 dollars. That is more than $86,000 dollars over the previous record set in 2019 of $285,000 dollars. There were 40 trees auctioned total this year and then a special rifle auctioned to benefit the Madison Family who lost their home in a house fire just two days before the auction gala. All involved are just amazed and grateful for the bidders and community members who added donations toward the charities. “So much thanks to these generous people who just want to help others,” shares Trees For Charity Chairman Brandon Parker. When asked what he thought made the difference this year, Parker said he thinks people are just sick of the last two years with COVID and they are choosing instead to focus on helping those in need. Anyone wanting to donate can still do so and their donation is 100% passed along. Visit www.TreesForCharity.com to view the Auction Program.
