Two inmates in the Duchesne County Jail are facing additional charges after a cell phone was found in their possession. The detective was informed that state inmate Joshua Homer had given state inmate Abhishek Kumar a cellular telephone. Inmate Kumar was found to be in possession of the cell phone and it was seized by the Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office. 28-year-old Joshua Lloyd Homer and 30-year-old Abhishek Shalen Kumaris are now each facing additional charges of 3rd Degree Felony Possessing Contraband in a Correctional Facility and Misdemeanor Obstruction of Justice.
