The identity of the victim in a tragic fatal accident north of Dutch John on Sunday has been reported by Wyoming Highway Patrol. According to Wyoming Highway Patrol PIO Arron Healy, the fatal accident occurred at Mile Post 547 on US 191 early Sunday morning. The crash took place just a few miles across the border into Wyoming. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle has been identified as 29-year-old JC Slaugh of Dutch John. JC is the daughter of Wesley Scott Slaugh and Jackie Lee Bartels. Funeral services are being held this Saturday at noon at the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary. Evans Family Media joins in offering condolences to the family and friends mourning this tragic loss.
