The dedication of a high school intern at Ashley Regional Medical Center is appreciated and being recognized. Uintah High School’s Marisa Foote is in her fourth trimester interning in the Radiology Department of Ashley Regional Medical Center. Director of Radiology Jeff Hanberg has been very impressed with Marisa and has appreciated her work-ethic and willingness to learn. In fact, she has shown maturity and great care for patients and their families, staying late for several hours one night when a family she knows asked her to stay while their baby was having diagnostic scans in Radiology. She is known to often stay late, taking advantage of the opportunities to develop her skills in radiology. For these reasons and many more, Marisa is this week’s Uintah Student of the Week. “Marisa is proactive, conducts herself professionally, and constantly exhibits a positive attitude,” shares the Uintah High announcement. “She has an extensive and impressive skill set and effectively represents Uintah High School in the Vernal community.” Congratulations Marisa Foote, Uintah Student of the Week!
