‘Little by little, a little becomes a lot.’ The Gobbler Thanksgiving 5K epitomizes this motto each year as they invite all to come run, walk, bawk, or squawk on November 27th before Thanksgiving dinner to support locals in tremendous need as they fight for their lives. This year’s recipients are Kanyon Bowden who was born with a rare tumor disorder that is causing ongoing health problems requiring multiple surgeries, Marisa Mills who was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer, and Tyrel Snow who is battling aggressive blood cancers.
