CSHCN, which stands for Children With Special Healthcare Needs, is a program that provides assessments to determine a child and their family’s needs. CSHCN can connect families with medicaid, Social Security, and other resources. It helps refer and connect families to family Doctors and specialized medical care, community-based services, and more.
