While it is now too late to register your Fishing With The Fox tags on Eventbrite, it’s not too late to get the physical tags turned in ahead of the giant prize drawing. As of Friday, there were 236 tags registered in Eventbrite and 179 of those also turned in the tags to the Division of Wildlife Resources office in Vernal to be entered into the drawing. This means that 57 tags were registered but not yet turned in. If you’re among this group get the tags to the Vernal DWR office right away. One lucky fisherman will win $3,500 dollars courtesy of the Wildlife Conservation Foundation and there will be $2000 dollars in additional prizes given away courtesy of Basin Sports. The drawing will be held during the ‘Alive After Five’ grand finale on Wednesday, August 4th, on the Uintah County Library’s front lawn. Must be present to win.
